LET’S CLEAR UP SOME POINTS

WHAT ARE UVC RAYS
Not all ultraviolet rays have a germicidal action. There are three types of UV radiation classified according to their wavelength, only UVC rays are germicidal.  UVC rays have a wavelength between 100-280 nm. at 254 nanometers the UVC deactivates the DNA of bacteria, virus and other pathogens and thus destroys their ability to multiply and cause disease

THE CORRECT STERILIZATION
A correct sterilization needs the correct exposure time to the ultraviolet light. It depend on the dimensions of the sterilizer and the distance between the lamp and the object. The inner dimensions of ARTECNO sterilizer are cm. therefore the exposure time is at least 10minuts per side.
Only the side hit by the light is disinfected, it is necessary to turn the object on the other side and repeat the exposure time for a perfect disinfection.

WHAT CAN I STERILIZE?
You can sterilize everything: tools as brushes, scissors and razors as well as wallets, smartphone and everyday objects

UVC STERILIZER SAFETY
The direct exposure of UVC radiation to your eyes and skin is extremely dangerous. ARTECNO sterilizer is equipped with a blinding door with a micro switch to switch on and off the device everytime you open and close the door. Moreover Artecno uses only UVC lamps 9watt with wavelenght of 253,7 nm.

DON’T LET YOURSELF BE TRICKED
The devices that use UVB and UVA lamps ( nail lamps, mosquitos killer lamps) are not germicidal.  The wavelenght and the exposure time are essential for a germicidal action that comes only with UVC lamps.
